User Acknowledgement

• I have read, understand and will strictly adhere to Scoot’s Information Security Policy;
• I am solely responsible for the use of my credentials, including, but not limited to, my User ID and password / pin, and for maintaining their security;
• My credentials are strictly for my own use, and I must take all reasonable precautions to prevent anyone else using them for any purpose;
• I will act in the Scoot’s best interest; the privileged access will only be used for company business;
• I am aware of my obligation to abide by all applicable laws and client contract requirements;
• I am liable for any use of my User ID, whether authorized by me or not, including any damages that may result from that use;
• I acknowledge that failure to comply with referenced policies procedures, laws and contract requirements could result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination and/or criminal prosecution.
